PC not working with graphics card

I have a pc which I have been using integrated graphics on since I built it around 6 months ago. I decided to invest in a gtx 1060 6gb GPU to improve my gaming. When I installed this and turned on my pc, it did not turn on.

 

All of the pc fans start to spin other than those on the GPU and there is no signal on my monitor if I use the GPU or the integrated graphics for my video output.

 

Any suggestions as to how to fix this would be appreciated.

 

My pc parts are as follows,

Gigabyte GA-AB350 Gaming mobo 

2x4gb ddr4 3200 Corsair vengeance ram

Amd Ryzen 3 2200g processor

Corsair 650W PSU
