I just put in a hard drive from another system, turned on my computer, opened up the new hard drive to check if it worked, then turned off my computer. I restarted my pc and now it's saying bootmgr is missing press ctrl + alt + del to restart. I think it's because I forgot to format the hard drive before inserting it into my computer. if that's the case, then what do I do?

This is my boot order:
EFI Boot Sources
Legacy Boot Sources
Hard Drive
SATA0
SATA4
USB Hard Drive
USB Floppy/CD
