Dbrand skins

Dbrand skin has not shown me my tracking number for my switch skin I sent them a email and they don’t respond

What should I do I ordered it on chistmas day

It's probably because dbrand and most other companies don't ship out products on christmas day.

The most likely reason why they're not responding to you is because it's christmas. As with most companies, they're probably closed during the christmas period.

Edit: They posted on their twitter 30 minutes ago which should mean they're open now but don't expect them to dispatch it just yet. There's probably been a ton of orders over the christmas period. I would imagine it should be dispatched by the 30th at the latest.

Dude, you ordered it during the busiest time of the year and there are companies and businesses that take a week or more off since new years is only a week after. You ordered at the worst time and expect shipping or a response?
