Computer Spike on Random Occasion

Does anyone know what or how to deal with the C drive and CPU when I do anything like just watching youtube, playing a game or anything else? It loading something but what does my C drive and CPU and there is an occasion where it just a Black screen of death where the video card gets turned off. the CPU even is new that I just bought this black Friday of 2018. Mobo is an Asus Tuf z390. I at a lost when I try doing. I scan my computer for malware and there nothing detected. using ESET
