I5 8250 u radeon 520 intel uhd 620

just installed GTA iv cannot increse graphics option

hittinh 50+frames

used commandline.  no memrestrict no restrictions blah blah blah..

still can't change the options

help

Where are you applying the command line switches? Is the copy of GTA IV the retail RGSC version or the Steam version?

By applying switches - I mean, where are you typing "-nomemrestrict -norestrictions"
