Windows 10 Problems

I just finished building my new pc. I inserted the flash with win 10 and went into my bios (msi z370) to put the drive first in the boot order. After saving that change and restarting in an attempt to boot windows, I received the message “Reboot and Select proper boot device.” What else can I do, help would be greatly appreciated.

make a uefi capable flash drive, your current stick must have windows loaded for legacy mode only.
