NEEED HELP

mikeymaiden

Hello I recently swapped my dell 790 mobo into a new pc case. I hooked up everything but I tried to turn it on  and it won’t. Also how would I connect the power switch from the case to my mobo, it’s very different.

With the lack of information we can all take guesses but it would be more beneficial for you if you gave us something to work with. Can you provide some pictures at least to give us an idea?

Given this I'm assuming you did not plug in the power switch, which means that's probably why it won't turn on.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Yes, you can do two things:

a) use the switches and LED from the old case

b) get out your multimeter and ping out the things you want.

And make a pinout diagram for the board you have. With the connector and the thing at the other end, its rather easy.
