SSD Upgrade

Will i get major noticeable decrease in boot times for windows and its programs (Not games; i store games on a 2tb Seagate Barracuda) if i upgrade from a 120 gb Toshiba Q300 to a Samsung 970 EVO M.2 NVMe 250 gb. And is it worth it?(i can upgrade for ~75usd)

I did this upgrade basically. I didn't think there was a major difference but never checked times or anything. But windows is super snappy no issues.
