NDI freezing

So i finally got NDI to work properly with OBS, last issue with it is that it just freezes every few seconds. It is on WiFi but it is strong, Whenever I change any setting it works again for like 5 seconds. Is a stronger link required?

NDI can run over WiFi but is generally not recommended. Are you running NDI over TCP? That might be a bad idea if you're using a wireless network due to the latency required to make TCP work well for this application. NDI HX may be more appropriate should OBS also support that.
