Okay so I had a normal samsung SSD.I bought an M.2 And I used the samsung migration software to move my windows from my normal SSD to the M.2.

It was succesful. But now when I change the boot drive in BIOS from my old one, to my new one it fails to boot. However, disconnecting my old drive and only having the M.2 connected makes it boot perfect.

What am I doing wrong?!

Have you gone into BIOS to change the boot order?

Yes, #1 is my M.2. But it is when I change this that it fails to boot.

But when I basically force the system to boot to my m2 (without old ssd connected) it works fine.

I should probably add that when booted into my old ssd, the new M.2 does not show up.

Wipe your old SSD.

remove the boot sector from the old one. basically backup the old one, format it, put the files back.

So it's possible to wipe a drive when that is the drive that you're booted into windows with?

Someone on toms forum said I might have to install a driver for my NVME. Is that true?

You already can boot to it, so no. Are you sure you are hitting F10 to save the settings when you change the boot order in BIOS? Even if there are two bootable devices plugged in to the mobo at the same time, the boot order setting should make sure it boots the way you want.
