Hi, so i have a problem with my brand new MSI Armor Rtx 2070, the driver wont install, the resolution of my monitor is 800×800 always and when i start my pc the screen is like struggling.. (pictures) so is the graphics card dead ? I tryied To reinstall all the drivers with DDU and still the same problem.. maybe someone could help me 

 

Btw sorry for my bad English (im French)
