laptop Looking for a laptop

Hey guys, I am looking for a new laptop for my father but am having a hard time so maybe you guys could help me.

I would like a easy to transport (about 13"/14"), at least 500Gb of storage and please only one drive ideally SSD and a i5 or i7 or equivalent with AMD.
Now all that is easy to find only my father WANTS to have the left and right click of the touchpad separated from the touchpad itself, like n the old laptops and nowadays most of the laptop have the clicks integrated to the touchpad.

oh and the budget is 1000$

 

any of you guys got an idea?

Probably a Lenovo ThinkPad, most of those still have separate mouse buttons and are basically the go to business/office laptops. Maybe a T580, T480 or a X280 but the 500Gb SSD configs on all of those seem to push it past $1,000. I would definitely have a browse around Lenovo's website though because they seem to be the only ones still making laptops with separate mouse buttons.

battery life does't need to bee huge he is gonna use it plugged in most of the time
