I'm not an expert, but considering that domain-based systems are typically mass-deployed with an automated system, you might consider writing a .reg file to run on each system.

 

We need more details to help you better; what server OS are you running? And what OS do you have on your endpoint systems (clients)? How many systems in total?

The only way a new computer can join a domain is with a domain use account with join domain privileges. 

 

You could create a new domain user and give that user permission to join computers, and then give people those

credentials. 

 

From an IT/security perspective though, you should be joining them yourself if you’re the IT guy/server admin.

unless your using a deployment tool like MDT to do it for you.
