FSX issues

Hey guys,

 

FSX Steam Edition won't load up. I believe it's some corrupted game files however when I verify integrity Steam says it's all good. 

I have tried verifying integrity and re-installing FSX 4 times.

Here's a screenshot of the error message I received:
