New PC Build Ram Help

I'm building a "budget" build for around 500$ with a fx-8350, and rx 580 8gb, and I aquired some ram, from HP it's ddr3, however I don't know the clockspeed. It may or may not be affected by Static, I was asking if that could mess with my MB if I use that ram.

It shouldn't matter basically. Do you already have the parts as if you don't I don't think I can recommend a FX-8350 today even with today's better multicore performance in games.

I do have all the parts a 2tb seagate 7200rpm drive, 650w psu evga 80+ gold, rx 580 MSI Gaming 8gb, 8gb patriot 1666mhz ram 2x4 Corsair 100R Silent

and to clarify If I use the ram that may be affected by Static Electricity it will not mess up my dimm slots?
