Microphone (& pre amp?) suggestions?

Hi, I'm looking to emulate a deep radio voice so would like suggestions for a microphone and pre amp, I dont know much about the latter so you can let me know what you think about picking one of those up. For mixing, would software mixing be enough? I would most likely use OBS, if there are other software out there for live audio mxiing I can run alongside my streaming software then I would consider those too, I am familiar with mixing but not so much the hardware side of things. I'm looking for the cheapest mic that could get me thse results (from what i understand cardiod condensor mics are the way to go?), I know its also dependant on my voice, but I'd like something to help me emphasize those low frequency vocals.

Budget - this is goign to be ridiculous but idieally £30 location - UK

Anything that's a blue yeti quality or above should be a good start for you, after that it's really hard to spot the difference in terms of sound quality in my opinion.

Tell us your budget + location and people will be able to recommend you what to buy.

If you have a good condenser microphone you can always tweak your live voice by a software called voice meter, you can find a lot of tutorials on Youtube and other sites on how you'll have to configure it to get a deep voice.

I've updated the first post with my budget and location, how much does voice meter cost?

You just need any cardioid microphone and then you need to exploit something called proximity effect. Or much simpler explanation, move your mouth as close as possible to the cardioid microphone which will result in increased bass and voilla.
