once again, it depends on your needs. some think a 3470 isn't enough for video editing, and some are fine with an even weaker one. but it is balanced at least.

Are the projects large?

 

Because the PC is fine for videoeiting as long as you arent doing large 4K raw projects etc.

Gaming is OK. The GPU is far from the greatest thing in the world. Expect dropping the settings a bit.

 

1080p footage is fine for that PC
