I think i might have messed up something well my windows 7 key was revoked and i got the build 1701 and this copy of windows is not valid thing so i decided to use ubuntu and i installed it like i did last time and then when i boot up it gives me Invalid partition table.

Do you have more than one drive in the computer?  If so, disconnect one or the other and see what happens.  There may be a boot flag on the other drive that is tricking your system into trying to boot to it.  (Same for a usb drive)

 

If you only have one drive and you did a fresh install, I have no idea why you'd have this issue.  Unless one partition did not get overwritten, but I hate to just say to reformat the drive and try again.

I changed the partition type on rufus to GPT instead of the Master Boot Record and that still didn't work
