Used CPU opinion

Hi!

I am buying used i7 7700k. Could you take a look at photoes? https://allegro.pl/intel-i7-7700k-gwarancja-i7728590453.html On third one there is something on CPU i think it might be thermal paste. Shuld I remove it with alcochol before puting CPU in or I shuld leave it? These things are so fragiale I am scared that I might destroy this CPU. It is normal thermal paste so it is not conductive (up to some point).

That slightly darker square on the close edge of the CPU underside? I think that’s just how the pin array looks from that angle. But if it is something, isopropyl alcohol should clean it off.

That just looks like camera glare.

If it is something, just lightly brush it off with a paper towel.

Even if its thermal paste, it wont cause any harm.

Ok, thanks. I have just ordered it, hope it wil come untill christmas.
