Static on Hyper x cloud

Hi i have had my hyper x clouds for about 6 months now and for the past month there has been a static noise sometimes it just completely goes but most of the time i can hear it and when i touch something metal the static noise stops anyone know a way to fix this?

I can hear in headphones and plus people can hear it through the mic aswell

there's no fix its just an issue with it in general I just enable noise suppression in discord and it removes it completely from my testing

 

this is for mic btw if your hearing static in your headphones that's not listening to the mic then theres another problem somewhere

They work perfectly with no static on my phone

Ok so its a software issue going on.  Where do you plug the jack into ,, sound card or on board sound ?

I also use and adapter that came with my headset for my pc

If it works on another computer then I think its time to go clean and format... sighs
