Windows 10 Install bug

Hello guys. I've been trying for some time to get a fresh windows install. I've downloaded it from Microsoft official site and i've also downloaded it from some trackers, just so i could get some different .iso image to format my computer. The thing is, after i select no at the Microsoft OneDrive screen, it 'automagically' sets up my old Microsoft account, with the old password, avatar and even users folder, which has a typo in it from long ago. I've tried everything i could, but apparently something is happening with the OneDrive setup, even if i click no. When the format is complete, the OneDrive icon is in the task bar, minding its business, ready to back-up files from my PC.
How can this be fixed? Can it be fixed at all? Thanks in advance for your help.

Wipe the partition first perhaps

Completely wiped everything, even the HDD (the boot partition is an SSD). Still not solved.
