Low GPU usage on certain titles

Hello fellas.

 

Since completing my oldie but goldie build today i wanted to play crysis 3 and ryse son of rome

Problem is pretty much the same in between those 2 games,low gpu usage,around 50%,cpu usage approx.the same,and massive fps jumps,hovering around 50.

Tried vsync on/off,changing refresh rate back to 60 from 72,full screen,borderless,all power modes etc,no help.

Every other game runs just fine.

 

Specs are: Xeon E3-1231 v3,16 gb DDR3 1866,GTX 980 SC.

Accidentaly found the fix on google. Installed origin,game runs like a charm after installed.
