a gtx 1070 founders edition should be good (8gb vram), anything higher will be bottlenecked by your cpu

:^)

Vega 64 Reference Sapphire cooler:

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202326

1070 Ti Gigabyte:

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814932013

1070 Ti Zotac:

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500429

The Vega 64 is the fastest but probably have the worst cooler and is the most expensive, I don't know which 1070 Ti is the best out these two, but both should be fine.

Also I don't know how fast/slow Newegg is so you need to check that if you need it before Christmas.

This cooler probably is worse than the ones on newegg.

How's this? I can go pick it up today, and the reviews are good. https://www.microcenter.com/product/479385/founders-edition-geforce-gtx-1080-single-fan-8gb-gddr5x-pcie-video-card-refurbished

If you don't mind that it is refurbished and the not so good cooler, it is equivalent to the Vega 64, so performance should be the best possible at the moment under 400 unless you go for used cards.
