Windows 10 Problem!

Hi Guys, i was worried on my PC Running Windows 10, The Start Menu, Cortana doesn't worked Anymore also there is weird space, i think those are Microsoft Store but now its missing, i try do the Powershell command, it has many Error. Does anyone help me aside from Reformating my PC again.

Have you tried using the Win10 scannow function?  It will scan your system and repair/replace any missing windows files.  It works real good, I have used it a couple of times.
