There's not even a CPU, so I can't figure out what your budget is

I would suggest using an H270 or B250 motherboard. If you stick with a B150 motherboard before purchase check to see that it has a BIOS compatible with the i5-7500.

 

To guaranty dual channel memory operation one should get a kit of matched memory modules. When buying separate sticks of memory there is a small chance that they will not work in dual channel mode. (They will operate single channel which will have a small negative impact on performance.)

 

There is little need for a 650W psu. The system will have more than sufficient capacity with a 450W or 550W unit. Corsair CX and Cooler Master Masterwatt (not Lite) are good choices.

 

A cpu cooler like the Cryorig H7 will do a good job. That said, local conditions may mean a more powerful cooler is required.

 

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
