I am looking forward to have a career in the world of application and game development... I want to buy a powerful computer with a cost close to 2,100 $ that can fulfill my needs... I need suggestions from the experts on what components to buy...

It depends for what kind of development. 3D games, 2D games, current or next generation games??

 

For pretty much any 3D rendering and game development for current generation games;

Anything i7 7xxx or 8xxx, a GTX 1070/80 equivalent or better with at least 24GB of RAM.

And probably a 500GB SSD (which will have UE on It, where you can import your larger files faster)
