So originally i was thinking about getting a digital storm but i came to a conclusion that building a pc is better and i made this cool build hopefully with a GTX 1080 card and this build is

about 1k and i can go up to 1.5k and i think i could upgrade the PSU, Mobo?, Liquid cooling, Ram, and Case if needed.  PC - pcpartpicker.com/list/LPRtLJ

Please help me upgrade cause i have some extra money that could be use for parts and if possible you can put the pc into a pcpartslist for me :)

PC Parts that i need to get atleast - Core i7, GTX 1070, around maybe 600W, 8-16gb ram, Liquid Cooling

My Resolution is a 1920x1080 monitor and I hope to get shipping from US and im getting this computer because its cool and gtx1080s are good.

Note- This will be my first rig but i have a friend who can put it together.

"RTX is bad" is meaningless.

Fact is it has performance that for the most part is slightly better than a GTX 1080 and belongs to the latest generation of Nvidia gpu. But pick the gpu you want.
