HDD question

Can anyone tell me if this is good for my HDD?

And right now my HDD is set to never turn off, should I change it back so it is only on when it needs it?

I would just have it turn off when your pc is powered down.

I have no idea what that all means, I'd download CrystalDiskInfo and see what that reads
