Minecraft server crashing

While testing out my server that I'm currently making, the server launches fine and goes up in running. Shortly after working, there are no responses when issuing any commands or using anything and eventually I time out. When I try to join back in, I get an error message and the server crashes, closing the launch program. Here is the crash report log, anyone that knows this stuff can you please help out? Thank you.

I'm not an expert on the issue, but reading through the process log and error report, it seems as if Essentials and a few other mods are either corrupted or not playing nice together.

from a first look seems like you may have screwed up in the config file for essentials, but getting that stuff figured out is such a hot mess you couldnt even pay me to sift trough things...

 

just take out plugins one by one until it doesnt crash anymore, and then you got your culprit, and you can figure out what's making it go belly up.
