Why do you need 144hz on all of them? I’m sure you could get by with 120.

Does the monitor support hdmi 2.0? Doesn't sound like it if its missing dp. I use an adapter all the time. Works like a charm.

You need a DisplayPort to Dual-Link DVI active adapter.
