My GPU is under the expected

So, I bought Monster Hunter World a time ago and wanted to play it, the minimum settings is exactly the specs of my computer (1080p 30fps on low), but it is not 30 fps even below 1080p. Idk if this changes something but my dxdiag shows the Intel HD Graphics 4600 instead of my GTX 760

 

Specs: 

Intel i5 4460 3.2Ghz
GTX 760
8gb RAM 1200hz

I don't know if plugging my monitor in the motherboard can affect performance somehow, but I do.

You have to plug your monitor into your GTX 760 to take advantage of it in games.

But if I don't plug it is the same if I didn't had a gpu in games?

You must have a GPU in order to see something on a monitor. Your i5 4460 has a GPU built into it, except that's an iGPU (intergrated GPU). Your GTX 760 is a dGPU (dedicated GPU). 

 

So rephrase your question.

You need to plug the monitor cable into one of the ports of the 760 itself, do not plug it into the motherboard port.
