because everywhere i read about the 9700k say that it need a good cooler

and i am asking to sagest me one...

and if i am good with the 16 g ram or i need more for gaming

 

i am upgrading from i5 4670 and 8g ram ddr3

 

i have gigabyte AORUS Radeon™ RX580 XTR 8G for gpu
