im building an itx prodigy build and i want a sound card that doesnt use pcie cause i only have one and my graphics card in is in. are there any good ones???

schiit modi and magni for $200 or O2 amp/dac for with AC Adapter for $300

what headphones do you use?

Because headphones and speakers are a reactive load and only amplifiers are designed to handle that load properly.

Ibasso D series, fiio e7, e10, e17, jdslabs odac + o2, maverick audio D1(+), audioengine D1

Take your pick.

and for the magni and modi, ones a dac and can't really drive headphones so you need the other which is an amp to drive the headphones.

Will work for electronic components and parts

you wont need anything for earbuds then. you should be more concerned about buying headphones first.

I have the fiio e10 and love it. Also it has a bass boost switch.
