Hello all,

 

I plan on building another PC within the next few months for a primary focus on Video editing (( the use of After effects, photo shop, hit film, and other stuff?  (This is for my Fiance so im not too sure all the software she uses)) and a secondary focus on gaming with future intention of streaming (maybe). i have a budget of about $3,000 ( i already have monitors ). i have been researching into the Intel (i am a fan boy) i7 8700k, i7 9700k, and the i9 7900k using asus motherboard and a rtx 2080 graphics card. can someone please help me in the right direction on my next build (mostly what cpu to use i am open to suggestions) PLEASE and Thank you!

An i7 will be fine for you. If you want to save some money,  you could get an R7. You won't need to spend 3000 dollars for the video editing side of things though. But you know, the more you spend, the less you will have to worry about...
