Hi all, This is my very first post on this forum so bare with me,
i will try and be as specific as possible....

ok. so i need to build a "streaming" rig.

***i Don't need to stream live gameplay,***
Just my Logitech C920 and possibly some local videos photos etc... and also stream/capture a google hangouts or skype or facebook videocall. (to stream like an interview type) all using OBS.

i recently bought a dell optiplex 780 it came with 8 gb of ram, and i decided to upgraded the hdd to a SanDisk 250GB Ultra 3D NAND SATA III SSD,  and also the cpu to an intel Q9650. also i bought a D-Link Desktop WA-582 Wireless AC1200 Dual Band PCIe WIFI Adapter, that i use with 2  22 inch monitors one is a HP something or the other and the second is a benQ "el cheap-o" 2 inch something or the other with a generic mouse and Keyboard

Windows 7pro 64 bit

(also on the way...  i bought a 128 bit pcie HD7670 4gb GDDR5 graphics card from wish.com...)

ok so THAT setup... ^^ currently "works" i CAN steam to facebook live and/or youtube just fine... ish... except Because my D-link card uses a PCIe port the integrated display port  gets disabled.. (smh) and so i have to use the VGA... and it order to get a second monitor running i had to resort to a USB to VGA adapter that severely sucks....

ok now with this in mind....  and since i already used up some of my budget on the stuff i mentioned, i now resort to you... the internet... for help.

i essentially have those parts and say about 200 u.s. dlls
could i... potentially build something descent?

maybe use the same Ram and CPU?

Thanx in advance for your input.

Location: Southern California usa.

Without knowing the exact model of Optiplex 780 it's tough to make suggestions.

Perhaps the simplest solution would be to get a discrete gpu that supports multiple monitors and replace the PCIe WiFi card with a USB WiFi stick. But if the motherboard supports multiple concurrent displays, just replace the PCIe WiFi card with a USB version.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
