Wireless adapter problems

For some odd reason, here and there my wireless adapter will go in and out and have problems. I usually disabling and enabling will fix the problem or simply troubleshooting it but im not sure how to fix this. Windows is up to date and i have tried updating drivers, but problem still occurs. Any recommendations?

My PC Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7 8750H RAM: 16 GB DDR4 2666 MHz GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti

What make and model of wireless adapter do you have?
