both are great psu's. I would say the g2 because it's a bit higher build quality, but that's about it

What are you powering? Unless it's HEDT and/or Vega/multi GPU, you do not need anywhere near 650W.

meh, some older psu's (we're talking 5 years or more here) can miss some features. but that's about it. the g2 is way better than the g3 for example.

now i5-8600k and nvidia 1060 6gb. but GPU is temporary, planning to get rtx 2070

The 2070 is a 175W GPU, so expect the system to draw about 250-300W from the PSU. So a good 450W is plenty.

Whisper M 450W, Formula 450W, RM550x 2018, Toughpower Grand RGB 750W, G2 650W, G1+ 650W. Some make sense with rebates, some are without.

I was planning to buy Seasonic Focus Gold 550w in actually, but I saw EVGA G2 has discount (69.99$ from 119.99$). that is why, I'm confused, which one should I get for same price.

Why? It doens't offer anything over any of the other options at the same price.

No, a 550W PSU won't have any issues powering a 300W PC. Neither will a 450W PSU.

Isn't it better to use 40% of the psu instead of 60%? ( I mean that doesnt it give more free space for psu, and psu works relax :d)

No. Any PSU from any decent brand is rated to run at 100% load 24/7 at its max rated temperature for the entirety of its warranty.

They can guarantee everything, but how much does this affect life of psu? Even psu ruined or damaged for something, replacement or anything just waste time. I have already suffered once))
