Minimum voltage 1.366V ?!

Soo upon trying to Overclock my i5 2500k with a ms-7758 ver 1.2. When I increase the voltage my motherboards vcore increases and also cpuz shows the increased value. But in hwmonitor the core voltage of the cup itself shows a static 1.366 value no matter if I change voltage in bios. I guess this sensor is broken or something soo I just watch the vcore from the motherboard and cpuz ? 

I saw Steve's video on this and don't xant to break anything.if there is any spot to measure real voltage with my multimeter could he helpful. Ty for reading ;)
