PC running slow

Hello, I have this computer which is not something special, but has some descent parts. The problem is that it is working slow, every game I play has low fps- League of Legends - 40fps, Unturned 30fps on lowest settings, CS:GO- 35fps and those fps are stable. I checked the temperatures while playing CS:GO and they look normal GPU: 51° C CPU:21° C

Specs:

Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming
Graphics Card: Gigabyte gtx 660
Processor: AMD FX 8350
RAM: 8GB
SSD : SAMSUNG SSD 840 EVO 120gb
HDD: 1TB
OS: Windows 10 64bit

I'd recommend reinstalling your graphics card drivers and restarting your PC, although you may want to look at a graphics card upgrade if all else fails to something like a 750ti or an R7 260x.

What is the CPU and GPU usage when gaming? And what resolution are you using?

Download msi afterburner.

Yeah, your system is old. You need to upgrade. For now, you can get a 1050 Ti 4GB. It'll be bottlenecked by your CPU..

I have an even worse computer which has GT 660 and it runs League of Legends on 60fps and manages to run CS:GO on 50-60fps

Year ago it performed like new.

A 970 is better than a 750 Ti?

You can go to your device manager in Windows, right click on your graphics card and update your drivers from there, or you could download Nvidia Geforce Experience and download them through there.

970 Motherboard for the FX8350, GTX 660 for the GPU. It says that in the OP

sadly the reinstallation didn't help

Any other help?
