If you want to keep temperatures down, you might consider one of the Fractal Design Meshify C cases. They have excellent airflow.

I'd ditch all the flashy parts because the case doesnt have a transparent side panel for you to show them off. Just that will cut at least $100 from your current build.

 

Then I'd get the R5 2600 instead since you can overclock the 2600 yourself to match if not beat the 2600X

 

If you're buying from the US I expect something like an Ryzen 5 2600 with GTX 1070ti, maybe Vega 64 if you don't mind trading Freesync capability with a blower cooler.

An RX 580 should be plenty for any game you want to play at 1080p. You can also look step up to a GTX 1070 or 1070 Ti if you want higher performance. You can certainly spend more money than this but for 1080p 60fps, there's really no need to.
