Trying to help a family member with there laptop and they are having this issue when they open the game, I checked drivers and updates and they are all current anyone have any idea?

Change the background image first to make sure it’s not just that, but it could be a dying graphics cards if you’re getting coloured dots all over everything. That background image really doesn’t show them well though so I can’t tell. Change it to something black and white and post a screenshot.
