I recently bought an xg2401 and found one stuck pixel that is purple on white and black on green. I have tried some flashing colors but so far none have seemed to affect it. Please let me know if this will go away with time or if I must do something. Here are some photos.20181206_211958.thumb.jpg.d55ad1ed1b8b7b98eda7a8d55f63eb60.jpg20181206_212040.thumb.jpg.e1b3f8779084e6738e596125303f4560.jpg20181206_212045.thumb.jpg.b75f1a11806869e4ad9110752bd87088.jpg

Dead pixels rarely if ever fix themselves, how long ago did you get the monitor? I'd RMA it because it sounds like it's going to be nothing but trouble. If it's out of it's return/exchange date, there are methods to use such as light pressure or color flashing the area, but don't try anything until you try returning the monitor as you can void your warranty/make it worse.

Find a hammer in your toolbox and smash it against the pixel.

On a more serious note.

Since its a new monitor you might wanna call the place you bought it from and see if you can RMA, but I suspect that they will say its part of the deal that minor flaws like a dead pixel can happen.

If they refuse to RMA etc. you could try pressing in on the spot where the pixel are for a minute or gentle like very gently tap it repeatedly.
