VBIOS Flash Q

Howdy ho!

Ok so I have this GPU with a low max power consumption (lets say 100 min 104 max) and there is an other bios which is flashable. It has 10 min and 13 max) ey so for me it is 4% power limit oc ability and for the other on 30%.

 

So since my card is unique but I can fool the stats a bit... does it mean when I flash with the other bios I can override my own power limit with 26% extra or will it just use the same power as the other one so I have actually less overclock possibilities?
