with a 1440p 75hz monitor woudl be a good first build

Ryzen comes with a pretty decent cooler, so you can probably remove that and put the money towards a SSD for the OS.  Other than that looks good.

it would be tough for 1060, get 1070 or higher

get a 2.5" ssd , prefer 500gb and by more later
