Computer Crashing?

I have this really weird problem with my computer and I can’t seem to find anyone else who has had the same issue. My pc randomly stops giving video output and port power, so my monitors go black and my keyboard and mouse are not powered. Even though this my pc is still on, the fans are spinning the ram lights are on along with all other things inside the pc. The only way I have been able to fix this is by unplugging the power supply and waiting then plugging it back in. Anyone got ANY ideas what’s wrong? Any help is appreciated in advance!

I've had this issue lol, so you finally found one.

For me it was an issue with windows, after I reinstalled it once or twice it started acting like it should.
