NVR 32 channel

is the 32 channel meaning i can watch feed from 32 ip cameras, or it just means that i records the feed of the 32 cameras , while i can preview less than that ?

or is it just bandwidth constraint of how much cameras i can watch at the same time and not channels ?

for example it specifies ip input 32 , but "synchronous playback" is only 16

It can record 32 cameras but only show 16 live feeds at a time on its display(s)
