Can't reboot

Soo like the title says I can't reboot my system. I always have tone reset the bios in order to be able to boot properly. Is there any way to fix this ? Since I can't overclock my cpu since I have to change in bios software ratio enabled but I can't save it anyways since I can't enter bios and boot without restart. It's pissing me off

Couldn't you hard reset the pc? or is that out of the question.

Just hold down the power button unless you have to restart. I haven't heard of a motherboard that makes you restart to go into the bios.

That works but I can't change any setting in the bios to overclock now

Is your cpu locked maybe it was just a glitch in the bios?

I can enter the bios and change the values but it doesn't let me use them since I have to reset bios to start pc again
