Getting new PC, need cpu recommendations.

Pairing it with a gtx1060.

I'm gonna do video editing also.

Is ryzen 5 2600 going to bottleneck

Good config. If you don't want to go with a higher tier gpu in the future the R5 2600 will be a good choice
