how limit bandwidth per device(ROUTER)

i need to know what router have limit bandwidth controler per device in a easy way, i dont wanna make rulers per ip range, i have now a tenda router it cost 15$ sooo is shi..... router, but have a very good bandwidth control per device. i need a new router but i dont know what to buy PLEASE HELP i need a easy bandwidth controler

Oh. Well my suggestion would be to get a managed switch and set the port speeds manually for the wired devices and get a Ubiquiti UniFi access point to set the bandwidth limits for wireless clients.

i saw the routers Asus very expensive have i app with this opcion but a lot of people made complaints about the app soo if a paid a lot of $ and dont work i will kill my self hahaha
