Hello, I have been looking for a mechanical keyboard and I'm having trouble finding one that fits my needs.

-Mechanical Keyboard (duh?)

-Ergonomic (kinda like the Logitech wave link for it )

-Custom RGB \ Programmable Keys

-Can unplug the cable from the keyboard (I break things) Like this

-Wrist rest would be nice but not super required

Appreciate any and all help :)

There are options, but none of them are going to be cheep.

Your best bet will probably be the Ergodox: https://ergodox-ez.com/

The Kinesis Advantage is another option that's more ergonomic than an ergodox but lacks in the other features that you want  https://www.kinesis-ergo.com/shop/advantage2/

Custom building a Dactyl is doable but is a lot of work. http://xahlee.info/kbd/dactyl_keyboard.html

If you don't mind smaller form factors you have the Aterus62 https://shop.profetkeyboards.com/product/atreus62-keyboard

Then there's this thing....

https://x-bows.com/ This is $200 "only", but I'm convinced it's actually ergonomic. Seems more like a gimmick to me.
